Succesfully examined
From 17 to 19 October 2022, auditors from TÜV Rheinland conducted an annual audit of Drill-Lab's IMS (Integrated Management System), which is based on three standards, i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
During the first day of the audit, the team of auditors, accompanied by Drill-Lab's internal auditors and the company's Operations Manager, inspected one of Drill-Lab's mudlogging units (MME - on-site monitoring and measurement equipment) and examined the work of the company's team of geologists (MMEs operators) working at the time on one of the field projects.
Drill-Lab COVID-19 response
Drill-Lab takes the health and safety of our employees seriously. We want you to know that we are committed to reducing the risk of exposure to COVID-19 and we have taken immediate action to provide a healthy and safe workplace for our employees, customers and guests.
Our plan is based on information and guidance from the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate (GIS) and Ministry of Health (MZ) at the time of its development. Due to the COVID-19 situation frequently changing, the need for modifications may occur based on further guidance provided by the GIS, MZ, and other public officials at the state or local levels. Drill-Lab is focused on three lines of defense:
- Limiting the number of people together at the same time in the same place.
- Sanitizing all areas.
- Requiring appropriate personal protection.
Safety first!
We are proud to announce that in December 2014 we obtained a certificate of compliance with the internationally valued British standard for occupational health and safety management systems OHSAS 18001:2007.
The Occupational Health and Safety Management System compliant with the OHSAS 18001:2007 provides employees and employers with a wide range of regulations and practices to ensure safety in the workplace. Implementation of the system is done through the management and oversight of key areas: from hazard identification and risk assessment, through a system of training, communication, control activities, emergency procedures, to measurement, monitoring and improvement.
Our certificates
In November 2001, Drill-Lab was certified by TÜV Rheinland in accordance with the standard ISO 9001 for its main business objectives, which are controlling and monitoring the drilling process and accompanying activities while performing oil or geological drilling.
September 2011 witnessed the ISO 14001 certification, which proved our commitment to the continuous improvement approach to monitor and minimize our impact on the environment, as well as foresee accidents and incidents.
